Image format and dimensions

  • 10 MB max Image file size

  • Ideally, your images should be at least 500 pixels wide with similar aspect ratios if comparing two or more. Larger images will be resized down to 500 pixels wide and respondents may click to view a larger version.

Accepted files types and file extensions

  • AI (Adobe Illustrator) - .ai

A step-by-step walkthrough on how to upload an image to your poll

1. From the Poll screen, there are two ways to add an image:

Option 1 - Click the upload icon to upload a file from your computer.

Option 2 - Drag and drop your image inside the box.

You can add more images by clicking the +Add option button (up to 8 in a single poll).

Tip: Before you proceed to Checkout, use the preview your poll section to see the images you added, confirm your question has no errors and make necessary changes. You can even see how it appears to the respondents.

Preview how it would look for the respondents

First, select the 3 dots button to the left of of the green checkout button (seen above). Then select 'preview poll':

A new window will pop up and you'll get to see what it will look like to the respondents partaking in your poll. *Note that if you have more than 1 image, our platform will automatically randomize them for you to every respondent.
