Secondary image/video optimization
Updated over a week ago

Consumers are looking at the full image stack now more than ever so it's extremely important to maximize your product's selling opportunity by influencing your shopper's experience and decision-making process by providing valuable insights and features. Not only this, but setting up your customers for as much information as they need to purchase your product, will help increase your chance for positive reviews.

Questions you could ask:

"Do all these images clearly highlight the benefits of our product? Is there anything you feel is missing or unclear?"

"How informative is this instructional video? Is there anything you would want to see shown or highlighted?"

"Rank the following images in order of most appealing or helpful to least."

"If you were shopping for this product, which graphic would make you most likely to purchase?"

"Do the images and video shown keep your interest or make you want to scroll/click elsewhere?"

"How much do lifestyle images or demonstration videos influence your decision to purchase (necessary, somewhat important, never look at them, etc)?"

"Which of these competitive listing image collages would make you most likely to purchase their product, why?"

"What additional video or image content would you find helpful for this product (different angles, showing it in-use, tutorials, unboxing, customer testimonial, etc.)?"
