Formulate for omnichannel
Updated over a week ago

Omnichannel optimization refers to the strategic practice of ensuring your product listings are consistently presented and perfected across all the different channels where customers may encounter them. These channels can include your own e-commerce website, third-party marketplaces (Amazon, Walmart, Target, eBay, Etsy), social media platforms, brick-and-mortar stores and more. The goal is to create a seamless, integrated shopping experience that enhances customer engagement and drives sales.

Questions you could ask:

"Do you prefer to purchase [insert product category] online or in-person? Where at?"

"If you were shopping for this product on Amazon, what words would you use to describe it?"

"Out of all the shopping sites you use to buy or price check on [insert product], which do you regularly see the best price or promotions?"

"If you needed to return a product you purchased online, which shopping site's customer service team would you most want to interact with?"

"Are there any specific features or information you think we should add to our listing on the link below?"
