Competitive comparisons
Updated over a week ago

The number one statement our CS team makes to our sellers for competitive comparisons is- your competitors are using tools like PickFu to compete and optimize against you, you can and should be doing the same.

Creating a competitor landscape involves understanding your competitor's strengths, weaknesses and customer perceptions. This can be achieved through well-structured polls and surveys.

Questions you could ask:

"What words or phrases come to mind when you think of [insert brand name]? Have you used them before?"

"Which brand do you currently use for [insert product/service]?"

"Have you ever switched from one brand to another for [insert product/service]? If so, what prompted the switch?"

"Which brand do you consider the market leader in [product/service category]? Why?"

"If you were shopping for [insert product], which of the following products would you most likely choose and why?"
