High brand awareness means that a significant portion of the target market knows about you and can recall your products or services. This familiarly can influence purchasing decisions, customer loyalty and overall market share.

Questions you could ask:

"When you think of [insert product category], which brands come to mind?"

"Have you heard of [brand name]? What products do they sell?"

"After looking at the logo of this brand, what do you think they offer?"

"Click on the following brands you have purchased from in the past."

"When you hear the brand [insert name], what feelings come to mind? Is it because of ads/content/word of mouth or because you've used the product(s) before?"
