If you're in the post-launch stage and you're not seeing the conversions or sales you want or are receiving bad reviews, it could be because of a flaw in your product. As hard as that might be to accept, if you are willing to make improvements, you can figure out what is turning consumers away.
Questions you could ask:
"What could we change about this product to make you more interested in purchasing?"
"Take a look at the URL below and let us know how clear the information listed is. Is there anything about the product or listing that is offputting or makes you unsure about the benefits?"
"How trusting is this brand/product? Do you think it's worth the cost based on the features listed, why or why not?"
