We know the importance of getting your data and results so that your product and business can thrive. When you run a poll, you will get all your results in English since all of our respondents are based in the US and are native English speakers.
We have many customers from all parts of the world, Europe, South East Asia, India, and Latin America just to name a few, and we know that not all of our customers are English speakers, therefore getting the results and reading them can be a challenge.
While we are always improving our platform, and we are working towards having poll results translated into several languages, for now, it is not possible (but we are working on this), so we wanted to show you a step-by-step guide on how to download your results, and translate them using online translation tools.
So, how do you read your results? Below you will see how the results are shown on your poll.
You will see the results in English. We recommend you use tools such as Google Translate or Deepl Translator Tool.
You will need to copy the text, and add it into the translation tool, then select the language you want it to be translated to.
Here is an example of English to Chinese Translation, using Google Translate:
To grab your comments individually, you can download the CSV file from your poll results, and from the CSV file, you can then proceed to copy and paste each answer to your translation tool.
Click on the top right corner of your poll results screen, and download the CSV file results.
You can also use Google Docs to translate everything in one instant.
Copy and paste all your data into your Google Document.
Click on “Tools” on the top bar section
Select “Translate Document”
Select the “Language” from the drop-down menu that you want to translate your results into.

We are working on improving our platform constantly to better serve our customers, and are working on being able to have results translated into various languages.
