Projects overview: organize your team’s research efforts

How to use PickFu Projects to group similar polls and streamline your research and analysis.

Updated over 2 weeks ago

The Projects functionality in PickFu helps you group related polls under a shared goal or theme, so your team’s research stays organized and easy to navigate. This is especially helpful if you’re running multiple tests for a single initiative.

Each project includes a title, description, and goal to keep everyone aligned. You can quickly scan polls, understand results at a glance with an AI-powered summary, and manage everything from one place.

What you can do with projects

Within each project, you can:

  • Add existing polls and launch new ones to track every part of your research

  • Edit the project description and goal to keep your team aligned

  • Preview or view results from any poll in the list

  • Filter polls by status, creator, and more to easily find what you’re looking for

  • Scan the AI-powered summary for high-level insights across all polls

  • Bookmark, archive, or delete projects to keep your workspace clean

The Projects page features a clean layout that makes it easy to see collaborators, poll counts, and last updated details at a glance. Each project page shows all recent polls alongside context like your project goal and key findings.

How to get started with projects

1. Click the Projects page in the top menu and click New project

2. Name your project and add a description and goal

3. Add existing polls and start new ones directly from the project page

4. Use filters to narrow by status, creator, or demographics
