If you have any milestone or monthly loyalty coupons, they will show up in the "My Coupons" box on your home page.

Upon checkout, click the "Add a Promo Code" link. Then enter your code in the box.

Loyalty coupons earned through the plan expire in 3 months and require an active membership to be used. 

Coupons cannot be stacked. Only one at a time.
