What prepaid credit is, how long it lasts, and how to buy it

Updated over a week ago

What is prepaid credit?

Prepaid credit is money added to your PickFu account to be applied to the price of a poll or to pay for follow-up responses. Prepaid credit may not apply to the cost of a Membership plan.

Prepaid credit can be purchased or earned through referrals or refunds. The benefit of purchasing credit is bulk discounts of up to 20%.

Does prepaid credit expire?

Membership credit earned through one of our legacy monthly or annual plans expires one year from the purchase date. We always use your oldest credit first. You'll get email reminders when any credit comes close to expiration. Once purchased, prepaid credit cannot be refunded.

Purchased prepaid credit never expires.

How do I buy prepaid credit?

You can purchase credit as needed through one-time transactions. Credit may be purchased in increments of $1,000, $3,000, $5,000, $10,000, or $30,000 at https://www.pickfu.com/pricing/prepaid. If you only need a small amount of credit for follow-up questions, you can purchase an increment of $25 by clicking this link.

Can I set my prepaid credit to reload automatically?

When purchasing prepaid credit, you have the option to auto-reload when your balance falls below a determined threshold. The default threshold is 10% of the amount you are purchasing (i.e., $100 threshold for $1,000 prepaid credit), but you may adjust it. Make sure to have a credit card on file in your PickFu account for auto-reload to work.

How can I earn credit?

Earn credit by sharing your referral link with friends and family. Each time a new user signs up, you'll add $10 to your PickFu account. Learn more about the referral program and find your unique URL at https://www.pickfu.com/my/referrals.
